High-efficiency Magnificent Medicine Buddha

In this serene product of Medicine Buddha, brass, reconstituted turquoise and coral are used to give a special impact to the product. The Lord is wearing a lone cloth which is painted indigo with the use of reconstituted turqoise and red coral. His head is finely carved and face looks magnificent. On his one hand there is a medicine bowl and with his other hand he is blessing his disciples. His breast is half covered with a fine cloth and his cross-legged posture gives a grand appearance. Medicine Buddha is a fully enlightened being, totally detached from the darkness of ignorance. It is believed that Medicine Buddha protects living beings from physical and mental sickness and other dangers and obstacles, and helps them to eradicate the three poisons – attachment, hatred, and ignorance – which are the source of all sickness and danger. Buddha expounded the Sutra of Eight Thousand Verses revealing the instructions on Medicine Buddha.
